Angra Partners is a firm focused on private equity investments and financial advisory in special and complex situations.
The firm was founded in 2003 and manages private equity investments since 2004. Angra Partners is a leading Brazilian private equity manager, having managed six funds in different sectors, exceeding R$ 5.8 billion in capital commitments. The investors of ours funds are all major Brazilian institutional investors. Our typical role is as an active partner with significant governance rights, supporting the management team of our portfolio companies.
Angra Partners team accumulates experience solving complex situations, having led solutions to some of the most relevant corporate disputes and financial restructuring cases of the country over the past 15 years. This experience is always engaged in the management of the Funds and, in selected cases, providing financial advisory services.
